Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return a product.

Return conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The product must not have been damaged by the customer

Procedure
Contact us by email with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within 48 hours.

Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective products
In the case of a defective product, Nidou will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement free of charge.
